The Sugar Creek Chalet is a two story A Frame Chalet with a full basement that was built in 1979 and was completely remodeled in 2014. The house contains 3,300 square feet of living space including 4 bedrooms and 4 full baths. Pets (45 lb weight limit) are welcome to join you on your vacation and can roam in the large fenced in back yard. A large stone fire ring with curved sitting walls can be found in the 2.5 acre yard. Guests are free to roam on the 20 acres of woods surrounding the house or you can relax on the screened in porch or large front and back decks. The interior offers hardwood and tile floors, real wood paneling, granite countertops, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area that seats 12, large family room with gas log fireplace, a large basement family room with a wood burning stove, foosball table and card/game table. The master bedroom on the first floor has a queen bed and master bath. A second full bath and complete laundry closet are also available on the first floor. The second floor contains 2 bedrooms, each with 2 twin beds, a loft with a futon/double bed and a full bath. In addition to the basement family room, there is a bedroom with 4 bunk beds and another full bath. The couch in the basement family room converts to a queen size bed if additional beds are needed. All linens and towels are provided during your stay plus a starter supply of soap and paper products.

* Rates are for a maximum of 10 people. Additional people over 10 are charged at $25/person/day. Pets are charged $25/stay at Sugar Creek Chalet. Sales Tax (6%) and Lodging Tax (6%) are added to rental rates above. A $49 fee per stay is charged for an accidental damage insurance policy. A 50% deposit is required when making your reservation. The remaining payment is due 30 days before your arrival. The responsible person in charge who is making the reservation must be a minimum of 25 years of age and must be present with the group staying on the property.
